Each of our properties have undergone significant refurbishment in recent years, creating purpose designed student accommodation. Each house is equipped with safety features, such as fire and smoke alarms, emergency lighting and security alarms, as well as an entertainment package, including wireless broadband, a TV license, digital TV package and even a flat screen TV. We also include all of your utility bills, meaning your rent is a FULLY INCLUSIVE PACKAGE.
Although the safety and quality of our houses is important, so is our customer service. We operate our own 24 hour FREE help line, where you can call day or night should something require our attention. Our goal is to respond to you in person within 1 hour for emergencies and within 48 hours for non urgent matters.
