Something will always require fixing or replacing through your tenancy, it's the same in any house, so you need someone on call to help you when this happens.
'We provide a FREE 24 HOUR HELPLINE for emergencies and any urgent issue experienced by you. A free phone number is provided for you to call 24 hours a day 365 days a year, and you will speak directly with one of our own maintenance team who will assist you. For genuine emergencies our goal is to have someone with you within the hour and things dealt with the same day.'
We aim to deal with emergencies the same day and non urgent matters within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve things we will regularly keep you updated until the issue is resolved.
